About Allyssa B. Lee

Allyssa B. Lee is an associate attorney at Key Law Office. She is a dedicated family law attorney serving clients throughout Central Texas and primarily in Hays, Travis, and Blanco counties. A proud Austin native, Allyssa brings deep community roots and a practical understanding of the families she represents. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Edward’s University before obtaining her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

Since graduating from law school, Allyssa has focused almost exclusively on family law matters, representing clients in divorce, child custody and support matters, enforcement actions, and modifications. As someone who has gone through the process herself with two young children, she fully understands that family law cases are deeply personal and often incredibly emotionally charged. Known for her compassion and straightforward guidance, Allyssa helps clients set realistic expectations while protecting what matters most to them.

Allyssa believes that strong negotiation and thoughtful compromises often lead to more effective, lasting, and positive outcomes for parents and families. However, she is also experienced in taking complex or high-conflict cases to court, when the case requires judicial intervention. Different cases require different strategies and Allyssa approaches each client with a tailored approach with an eye for developing effective plans for meaningful resolution.
Allyssa is a long-time board member of the Hays County Bar Association, an active member of the Hays County Bar Association’s Family Law Section, and an active member of the Austin Bar Association, where she serves on several committees and subcommittees dedicated to the legal profession and bringing access to justice to the public.
